- Sector 22 D plot size – 120 sq.m (352 plots) and 162 sq.m (249 plots)
Preference location charges (PLC)
- Park facing/green belt location charges will be 5% of the premium
- Corner location charges will be 5% of the premium
- If the width of the road is 18m or more, location charges will be premium 5% of the premium

Allotment process – allotment shall be through a draw of lots
The draw is undertaken for each category separately – The first draw conducted for applicants who chose option 1 and followed by those who chose option 2 and who chose option 3. Allotment would be made by draw of lots within each eligible category. The first draw of lots shall be made conducted to select successful applicants for the allotment.
YEIDA Residential Eligibility to apply –
Applicant must have attained the age of majority (18 years).
All Indians/NRI who neither in any way prohibited by Govt of India nor UP Govt under any specific rules to purchase any immovable property.
One applicant can only apply for one plot under this scheme of any category.
The applicant can apply in joint name only if it’s an immediate family with proof of family relation. Applicant, spouse or minor dependent children can apply for a single plot.

How to apply for Yamuna Expressway Industrial Plot Scheme?
The application form can be purchased on payment of application cum processing fee of Rs 1100/- from or downloaded from Official website
Application form duly completed and signed along with the required 10% of registration money should be submitted to any listed bank branches before the closing date of the scheme. Read all instructions carefully.
Mode of Payment –
10% of the total premium of plots shall deposit with the application form
20% of the total premium payable within 45 days from the date of allotment money.
70% payable in twelve equal half-yearly installments calculated from 46th day from date of allotment with 12% interest.
