CSSS (Central Sector Scholarship Scheme) successfully run under the Department of Higher Education (DOHE). Concerned department inviting application for CSSS 2023 for Colleges and Universities from class 12th passed students (who studying in higher education).

CSSS 2023 Registration
Online application for Central Sector Scholarship Scheme (CSSS) for higher education students for the year 2023. CSSS Renewal Apply online – 1st renewal for the 2019 year, 2nd renewal for the year 2017 and 3rd renewal for the year 2017 and 4th renewal for the year 2016 on NSP.
Students may visit the official website of the National Scholarship Portal to apply for renewal of scholarship and fresh application. Central Sector Scholarship Application Last Date is 31 December 2020. Apply online with the stipulated time and get the application verified by institutions and show the original documents or else the application would be treated as invalid.

Central Sector Scholarship 2023
BA/B.Tech/B.Com/MBBS/BDS/AGBSC/B.Sc or any other degree students can submit their application. Financial assistance are given on the basis of merit shown in the Senior Secondary/12th/Intermediate exam. Those currently enrolled in UG/Integrated PG courses.

Age group – 18 to 25 years age group.
Students must attain above 80% or more.
total scholarship 82000 – 50% scholarship to girls, 50% scholarship to boys.
Number of scholarships allotted to state education board is distributed amongst pass outs of Science, Commerce, Humanities stream in ratio of 3:2:1.
Students belonging to reserved categories/weaker section/minorities eligible on the basis of merit list on Central reserve policy – SC 15%, ST 7.5%, Other Backward Classes 27%, Horizontally 5% for Physically Handicapped/Person with Disabilities in all category.

Procedure for Renewal of Scholarship –
Students secured 60% or more in the previous exam, the student has 75% attendance, and not involved in any ragging activities or any illegal activities.
