• Computer-Based Examination – 100 marks
• Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests (PET) – Qualifying

Reservation policy – 

• 15% for scheduled caste candidates
• 7.5% for scheduled tribe candidates
• 27% for OBC candidates as per central list issued by Govt of NCT of Delhi
• 10% for EWS.

Essential Qualification for Constable – Education Qualification  

10+2 pass from a recognized board

Essential Requirement – Candidates must possess a valid DL for LMV (for Drive posts).

Age Criteria – (Male candidates) 18 to 35 years – Date for determining the age (as per recruitment notification). Read recruitment notification for age relaxation category-wise.

Standard of Physical Measurement for Constable (शारीरिक मापदंड सिपाही भर्ती के लिए)

Height (ऊंचाई) –

Male candidates – Minimum 170 cm (कम से कम ऊंचाई 170 सेंटीमीटर)

Relaxable by-

• 5 cm (165 cm) for residents of Hill areas
• And 5 cm (165 cm) for ST candidates
• 5 cm (165 cm) in case of sons of either serving, retired, or deceased DP personal and MTS of DP.

Female Candidates – Min 157 cm

Relaxable by –

• 2 cm for residents of Hill areas
• 2 cm for SC and ST candidates
• 5 cm for daughters of either serving, retired or deceased DP personnel/MTS of DP

Chest (सीना)

Min 81 cm-85 cm (min of 4 cm expansion)

Relaxable by –

• 5 cm for residents of Hill areas as listed in recruitment
• And 5 cm for ST candidates
• 5 cm for sons of either serving, retired or deceased DP personal/MTS of DP.

Physical Endurance Test (PET) for Male

जो अभ्यार्थी दौड़ में पास हो जायेंगे वो लम्बी कूद के लिए पात्र होंगे. जो लम्बी कूद में पास हो जायेंगे वो ऊँची कूद के लिए पात्र होंगे. लॉन्ग जम्प और हाई जम्प के लिए 3 मौके मिलेंगे.

Medical Standard for the Constable Sound state of health, free from defect, vision 6/12 without glasses both eyes, free from color blindness without any correction.

Delhi Ghar Ghar Ration Yojana

Tattoos – Content tattoos depicting religious symbol or figure and name followed in Indian Army

Location – Tattoos marked on traditional sites of the body like the inner aspect of the forearm, but only left forearm, being non saluting limb or dorsum of hands shall be allowed.
