What is Tour of Duty? – एक निर्धारित समय के लिए किसी सैनिक को सिमित समय के लिए ड्यूटी पर भेजा जाता है. Means a soldier or group of soldiers sent to work for a limited time period. After that out of total 25% of candidates retain and can join the regular cadre. And remaining 75% of candidates can apply online for regular cadre services.

भारतीय सेना ने टूर ऑफ़ ड्यूटी के माध्यम से देश के युवाओं को 3 साल के लिए भारतीय सेना में देश की सेवा करने का मौका प्रदान करने का प्रस्ताव रखा है. अभी यह प्रस्ताव प्रथम चरण पर है और इसका अभी तक आधिकारिक प्रक्रिया नही आई है. पहले चरण में 100 अधिकारी और 1000 जवान भर्ती किये जायेंगे. यह प्रस्ताव युवाओं में देश प्रेम की भावना को बढाने के लिए लाया जायेगा.

केंद्र सरकार की योजनायें

TOD Eligibility –

Educational qualification = Soldier General – 10th pass, soldier technical 12th pass, For officer – graduation

Age limit = Soldiers GD 17.5  to 21 years

For officers 21 to 34 years

Eligibility and age limit may vary in official notification.

Selection process – Physical Test, Medical Test, and written test

Salary – eligible and qualified aspirants will get a handsome amount of ₹ 30000 per month (1st year), 33000 per month (2nd year), 36500 per month (3rd year) to 40000 per month (4th year) for soldiers. (salary will devided into 2 parts In hand salary and Corpus fund). But actual salary details will be available in official notification. NSP Login 2023 Status

• Pension – No नही
• Income tax – Free आयकर मुफ्त
• Young men/women will get reservations for higher studies and professional courses.

• Then click on the recruitment section and two options will open – Officers section, JCO/OR recruitment.
