State/DISCOMs may authorize Gram Panchayat/public institutions to collect application forms, complete documentation, and also for distribution of bills, collection of revenue, and other activities of the scheme.
People can get an application form from the Panchayat office or the concerned department/ relevant electricity board. People can get the application form fill accurately and attach all supporting documents and submit. After that department will start the process for electricity connection under Saubhagaya Yojana.
