TNREGINET Registration Procedure –
Dear people, you have to visit the official portal. The homepage will open in a new tab. Tamil Nadu Land Records
After that registration option and list will appear on the screen.
Then click the user registration option will appear and note and password hint.
You have to select User type, username, password, email ID, mobile number, security options, gender, DOB, select ID proof, ID number, and address.

You can apply online for the Encumbrance Certificate by visiting the official web portal. and go to the EC option and click on the apply online link.
The form will open on a new screen fill in all asked details and upload supporting documents.
Submit the form and take a printout of the same.
