Residential Plots location and size – 

• Location Sector 17, 18, 20 and 22D
• Plot Size – 60sqm, 90 sqm, 120 sqm, 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1000 sqm, 2000 sqm, and 4000 sqm (a few)

• The price for residential plots is ₹ 16400 per sqm.
• The registration fee for SC/ST – ₹ 50600/- (60 sqm), ₹ 75900/- (90 sqm), ₹ 101200/- (120 sqm), ₹ 248250/- (300 sqm), ₹ 413750/- (500 sqm), ₹ 827500/- (1000 sqm), ₹ 1655000/- (2000 sqm), ₹ 3310000/- (4000 sqm). For others ₹ 101200/- (60 sqm), ₹ 151800/- (90 sqm), ₹ 202400/- (120 sqm), ₹ 496500/- (300 sqm), ₹ 827500/- (500 sqm), ₹ 1655000/- (1000 sqm), ₹ 3310000/- (2000 sqm), 6620000/- (4000 sqm).

• Then you can check the complete draw result and beneficiary names plot size-wise.

योजना 23 December को घोषित हुई थी और योजना के ब्रोशर 23 December से उपलब्ध है. आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 23 January 2023 है. इसके बाद समिति द्वारा योजना के परिणाम घोषित किये जायेंगे.

Allotment process – allotment shall be through the draw of lots number. The draw shall be undertaken for each category separately. Within category- the first draw shall be conducted for applicants who chose option 1 as a payment plan. Thereafter the second draw shall be conducted for applicants who choose option 2 as the payment plan for the remaining plots. The third draw shall be conducted for applicants who choose option 3 as the payment plan for the remaining plots.
