• Address – Applicant must be resident in Andhra Pradesh state
• Income – Under Rs 10000 for rural areas and 12000 for urban areas.
• Land and Property – Not more than 3 acres as a wetland, 10 acres as dry land.
• Who are not eligible – Government Employee, Who have four-wheeler, whose Monthly power consumption is more than 300 units per month.
